There is no answer. This so called "riddle" was made with the intention of not letting us know. No one knows what it means, therefore it is anonymous. No one knows who Jack the Ripper was, and no one knows what happened to bigfoot, or if bigfoot or Jack The Ripper ever existed. No one knows who started anonymous, and no one knows what the Matrix is. Also, no one knows if it is ketchup with fries, or ketchup on fries, because people might prefer either over the other.

TL;DR version: This is pure bullshit.
