Hello is it possible to jailbreak ip 11 13.6? If not is it possible to downgrade to 13.5 without pc and losing any data?

Hello,

You currently cannot Jailbreak iOS 13.6 and you can also not downgrade. You will just have to wait for a new Jailbreak that supports your iOS version.

You actually can jailbreak 13.6 with Checkra1n, you just have to hit options and then select the tab that says u supported version of iOS and then hit ok, go back to the main screen and follow the jailbreak process, very simple very easy and works. Just about every tweak that works on iOS 13 works on all sub versions of iOS 13 barring a very small amount of tweaks out in the wild.

As I can see you need pc with macOS/Linux to use checkrain and I have only windows pc and i prefer jailbreaking without pc

The Flash method is the MAC/Linux OS work around for windows. However, Checkra1n can only JB devices that are using the older gen processors. iPhone XS and newer are not supported devices.
