Help/Support Having trouble converting these two functions into text

So I have this function in flex "+(bool) showAds:(id) withFrame:(CGRect)"

I tried writing it as : (I didnt use orig function as I dont know how to put %orig() into it.

%hook TremorVideoAd



- (bool)showAd:(id)withFrame:(CGRect)argument {

return FALSE;

}



%end

That just gives me tons of errors when I comepile the program.

Im just trying to ignore everything except the first function. How do do this? None of the tutorials Thoroughly explained using %Orig()

How do I write it with custom arguments, and more than 1, with pass-through.

Furthermore.... Why do some functions in flex begin with - but some with +

Can you provide the errors that occur when you try to compile?

The +/- before methods indicate their type. So when it's a + sign before the method, this means it's a class method, so the method belongs to the class and not an instance of that class. - signs before methods indicate they're instance methods, so they're not directly callable from the class but from an instance of that class.

Yeah, it would be better if you provided some screens.

Also + means public, - means private and # means protected function

Im sorry, my battery died today, and everything got revoked (Blame retarded apple) and I dont have uncover rn, so I cant provide screenshots

Looks like you need to import some stuff I had this error when I was learning but you just need to import some stuff like substrate etc.
