Help/Support CYDIA IMPACTOR NOT LOADING ON WINDOWS 10

As the title says. I have downloaded different version of cydia impactor to mod an app but it is not loading on my window at all. I tried out various solutions found on the internet such as running it with window 7 compatibilty & logging in on other account on the same computer but none of it works. Any ideas how do I fix this problem ?

Hmm . Download from http://www.cydiaompactor.com/ like what @DADi said but make sure you download the right one 

- check if you have 32b / 64b windows and download what it give you, to not to face any problem in downloading

Yes, I downloaded from the official website. It didn't work so i tried different version

maybe you got a older version of windows 10? it can be incompatible with it.
