The answer is that if the save game is flagged, everybody who uses this savegame is potentially getting banned. For non-jail broken users there will not be a solution to prevent the anti-cheat system. You also have to take care of other users using the hacked save because it gives every of you a linked game ID. If one is caught, everybody's save is down

I also have this problem but you don't need to lock and unlock the screen to activate Touch ID again. Press the Homebutton once and it works again. Maybe this will be fixed in a future Pangu version
