Nobody can help me please?

I seem to have found the "Problem" - after I install the deb it does not show up in my sileo packages. Any ideas how to fix this? Edit : it also seems to just have 4 kb. Anything wrong with the file / download?

Thanks buddy Edit : link is dead. Edit2 : works again. Edit 3 : Hack does not seem to work - I have a limited connection time (15 hours per month). Here is a Screenshot of my Installation process - is this done here? Or do I have to wait any longer? I mean, I waited for 1 Minute or so - nothing came after bash 4.4.
