Yeah it’s def a soft van I made a new account and tested it out.. you can still play adventure but you essentially make no progress in arena mode

Due to this, certain aspects of the game have been changed or disabled, including your progression through Arena mode. thats from the devs after my arena rank essentially was frozen

Hmm I’ve noticed that in arena.. I’ll play a match and win it then if I leave the arena Ui and let’s say I go to campaign then I return back to the arena Ui my rank resets, so I’m assuming thats prob some anti hack they have
