So I paid yesterday. Entered the correct wifi & Bluetooth Mac address(including the colons) with my email, reboot my phone & reajilbroke. Every time I click on any process showing, it shows select or cancel. I press select & nothing happens. Like I waited for a long ass time. I have the same configuration as in the more settings. 8+ with ios 1131

This worked even better. The tweaks actually work better. Before I created a separate TweakInject folder - and added a symbolic link to Dynamic Libraries. But for some reason, some tweaks just did not work/worked partially. Thanks bro!

You need to get into No Substrate mode or Safe mode to delete the substrate.

By re-activate you mean re-activate the jailbreak, right? Or by turning on your phone? If its by turning on your phone, and it is stuck in boot loop, you iOS itself is corrupted, and there is no way to fix it besides doing a system restore. If you mean re-activate jailbreak...what cydia substrate did you install?

You won't lose your current iOS if you use Reiboot. Try it even with full jailbreak. If it works, it works. If it doesn't, you'll have to do restore via iTunes. Most likely you will not have to. Give it a try. Just make sure you click on exit out of DFU mode as soon as it shows up.

Well use Reiboot. You don't need Itunes for that. ReIboot makes sure you can enter into DFU mode and out of DFU mode to restart in fresh without removing your jailbreak(granted it semi jailbreak & not full one). If its full one...you'll have to wait until you get home & restore your device.
