From my expierence LocalIAPStore seems to work and you can buy as many orbs as you can,unfourtunately you will need a jailbreak,stock up in case there's a patch for it soon.

Was working on 1.21.5,but the app forced me to update to 1.22 so keep in mind it doesn't work on thst version.
