Thanks, that's what I did first, booted then I was able to open cydia. Saw your post just now then tried to "Just Boot" it again then worked. Thanks a lot! My iPod is now jailbroken.

just tethered, but not yet untethered not until i get the "p0sixspwn" from cydia, yes cydia won't open
