You install the normal way if you are below iOS 9.3 (use the link given in the topic to install for users with iOS 9.3 and above) 3. You haven't installed any other Tapped Out tweaks (all are removed) 4. Tapped Out is completely updated If it still doesn't work for you, post a screenshot of what happens when you install, and tell me if the popup appears when you launch the game (it should say something like 'Cheats by Goggwell')
