Can you confirm that it's not a visual hack only? Are you able to beat enemies that you wouldn't be able to normally?

I saw that this is his first hack and I fully excepted this to be a visual hack. But I guess it isn't working at all. Too bad, cause I've been waiting for someone to hack this game.

I still don't get how this works. I tried equipping runes but I see no stat boosts. How does it work? EDIT: I realized my mistake. I was looking at the wrong info screen. Also, only the stat that is increased by the rune is the one that is multiplied by the hack.
