This is an tweak for people like me that have an problem with there power button or just don't want to use their power or home button. try to install iCleaner Pro and run it for "Unused cydia files" or try to delete the last repo you added to your cydia list. This worked for me before Btw I also found this: "If you’re adding a repo that has more than 65,535 packages, you will most likely head into trouble because Cydia cannot handle a repo that has more than that many packages. iOS 8.3 jailbreak is having a lot of mobile substrate problems. So I think that caused the problem. Try to respring or reboot your device.

try to put your instagram account to public if it's set to private else it's an server error you must ask them then. Because for all the others it's working.
