try to install iCleaner Pro and run it for "Unused cydia files" or try to delete the last repo you added to your cydia list. This worked for me before Btw I also found this: "If you’re adding a repo that has more than 65,535 packages, you will most likely head into trouble because Cydia cannot handle a repo that has more than that many packages.
