You don't need to input PuTTY anywhere. Install OpenSSH from Cydia to allow SSH connections to your device.

A manual respring is achieved by the command I suggested above: killall -9 SpringBoard -1 SafeMode -2 Try the command once -3 If stuck in a respring, try the command while you're in the respring

Yes. Try going to SafeMode and from there SSH and respring, after that respring manually with PuTTY

Try plugging your device on your PC and SSH to 127.0.0.1 at port 22. 127.0.0.1 is the USB client I suppose

Yes. Uninstall G0blin, sideload DoubleH3lix and tap kickstart. You probably won't have to SSH
