First, try again to install the app with Cydia and once you get stuck on "Preflighting Application", do this: https://knowledge.globalplusplus.com/cydia-impactor/errors/preflightingapplication if your error says something about "Your Device not being supported by the list of tencent.com ig...(" download 7zip and use this method:
