It takes both skill and dedication You need to be constantly developing yourself. To get noticed by GFX Team members, post your best works on forums (make sure you follow the guidelinies). WInning at SOTW also helps a lot, but it's not that easy since competition is tough - if you manage to beat them, you can consider yourself added to the team!

It seems to me that those are just blurred circles I tried using that effect and created something like that. Only 1 letter because more would be very time consuming It might not look the same as in the picture above, but it's definitely the way to do it. Stocks used:

@WolfDesigns I think you should put at least the same amount of time in blending the text as in creating the sig. Simply placing the text on the sig looks bad. You could try to reproduce something like that:
