Mate did it for you https://iosddl.net/b48025d7fd3ddaf3/nvwastone-1.1.ipa but I did from iPhone so not sure if compression method is reliable as in desktop or not so if this .ipa doesn’t install try it once from desktop from aforementioned procedure

You should have checked the consequences of doing that also before trying it out.... I am not sure if it will workout or not but why don’t you give it a try download pangu ipa which I presume you are using to jailbreak download link http://dl.pangu.25pp.com/jb/NvwaStone_1.1.ipa Then in desktop extract/unzip it via winrar or 7zip (https://www.7-zip.org/) head to NvwaStone_1.1.ipa/Payload/NvwaStone.app and open info.plist in notepad and find minimumosversion which should be 9.2 change it to ios 12.0.1 and save it and compress it again (if you don’t know search in youtube) then install it via cydia impactor..... hope it works
