Appearently resetting with Jailbreak will mess up your device, same reason you cant update with jailbreak

Try Home button + Lock button hold em for like 10 seconds and see what happens

Hello, So basically my background Image isnt changing when I change it it says Settings Saved but on the forums nothing has changed the onky time it changes is when I clear it and when I try put a different picture on after the clear it goes back to this red ViP Image
