Have you tried clearing the cache? Do not delete app from springboard, delete the app in settings. You can look up more alternative ways of installing tweaked apps on the internet if you can't fix your issuue. Hope this works and good luck my friend.

Sadly, try to remove all of your tweaks currently installed. It could be a tweak. Other than that, this issue is a normal problem that happens on unjailbroken apple devices too.

Might want to use google. You can try deleting the tweak and the app and reinstalling, or rejailbreaking. If the issue still persists then the issue might not be on your side.
