Ok first your going to want to remove Yalu from your device. Next download a modified version of Yalu called Yalu dark and install it using cydia impactor. Now run it like you would run Yalu normally. That will reinstall cydia and all of its dependencies. Next download a file manager like IFile and go to the root directory and look for a file called .installed_yaluX and .installed_Yalux_fix and delete both. Now delete Yalu dark from you device and reinstall the normal Yalu.
