I had this problem many times yes reboot if iFile or any other apps won't open. also close everything that has to deal with the database if you receive that error while installing.

Everything is fine but you are missing headers to compile with. Right now you are using the default theos headers. Download this https://www.sendspace.com/file/ev55tv Extract it (Should take a few minutes or less), copy and paste the include directory to /var/theos Now recompile.

Go to terminal. su password otool -tV /var/???/??? >FILE.txt This will disassemble and give a basic format.
