Seems its happening to all the folders that are Prefs on my Device

When I try to compile my preference bundle tweak, I get these errors: /bin/sh: tr: command not found /bin/sh: cut: command not found /bin/sh: md5sum: command not found /bin/sh: line 2: rsync: command not found http://i.imgur.com/qaIl1pm.jpg It's not unusual for me, has anyone else ever recieved this problem?
