Just Activation Error cannot activate contact apple whatever I could in theory just update my ios and activate but i want to stay on 9.1 to be jailbroken

No clue what i did, I used semi-Restore to restore my ios 9.1 jailbroken iphone because everything was buggy on the phone. but after I ran it and it deleted everything when i try to activate it there is an error, anyone know any solutions. should've done some research before doing it but whatever i guess.
