I found the solution, tried the app, it only works for safari, you just need to change the "identifier" name from the ipa app, "Info.plist"

Can you use it on non-jailbroken device?

Well I hope it works.

it gives an error when sideloading with sideloadly, " Looking up app ID ERROR: Guru Meditation da8d42@132:556260@125:556260@306:0db732@894:0db732@1052:0db732@880:3aea77 Failed: (9412) 'AdGuardPro@ASF_A2.49XLU83CSQ' is not a valid identifier for an app. Please choose an identifier containing only alphanumeric characters, dots, asterisk and that does not start with pass.. "
