The reason you cant aim is because you have no bullet spread active. Turn it off and aiming should work

Nvm I found a way to get some items. It does not work for everything though.

I have already tried the “search bar located at the top right corner of this website”, but I keep finding the hack made by @shmoo. I really enjoyed using the hack a while ago, but that hack is for version 11.3.1 and it has not been updated ever since then. Please consider making this hack. Thank you. Then a tutorial on how to change the values would be fine to.

I'm running iOS 9.3.5 on a 32-bit device. I had the same problem with the 1.6.5 patcher. When the hack is installed, the game keeps on crashing and it does not let me play, but once I remove the hack the game works perfectly fine. Someone help...

Are you jailbroken or non-jailbroken? If you are jailbroken you got to remove it via cydia; if not, then just uninstall the app and redownload it from App Store.
