Make sure to lower your speed back down to 0 when you are in the loading screen or when you are in the airplane and jumping out. Once you land, then you can increase your speed. Also, if you get kicked out, just lower the speed back down to 0 and it should pop you back into the game.

Install Report Crash and see whats causing it. After that use icleaner to temporarily disable the tweak to make sure its causing it.
