Looks ok for a smudge sig bro, i know how hard smudge can be would have went on and smudge the whole thing because the background imo doesnt fit the smudge in all looks decent bro for you not doing one in awhile would also work on the focus because the smudge is drawing away from the render

It's cool since you're a beginner try putting your renders in the center until you get the hang of it you never want your sigs to look empty

Like Zimon said work on blending,use colors that go with the render, also use png renders so you wont have problems with pixelating when you stretch the image
