i am on IOS 9.0 Iphone 6S, will this method will be helpful for me? In case i upgrade IOS and If i save SHSH2 of IOS 9.0 then will i be able to install IOS9 back from IOS10.3

Hi, I have IOS 9.0 on Iphone 6S and recently while restoring i had apple logo for long time, i thought i will end-up getting the 10.3 in order to get the phone work. But luckily phone restarted and i still have IOS 9.0 jailbreaked Iphone 6S. Now on the safer side i would like to save SHSH blob for my IOS and phone, will it be useful in case i had to upgrade my IOS for any reason and then i want to come back to IOS 9? And how to save SHSH and how to restore using it?

I just tested it for the jackpot city casino, I am not banned, all I wanted to start a fresh account on the same iphone, I tried everything but somehow the app remembers me, and as soon as I open the app, it bring back my profile. I tried wiping the game data by appmanager, didn’t worked I deleted the keychain files, and still it didn’t work. App still knows about my profile. Any idea, what should i do ?
