I did that. It doesn't work. Is there some certain files I can delete in iFile that take up some space??

Doesn't work. There's nothing in the trash in iFile. What would I do if I didn't have iFile?

One day, I've tried downloading Cytus. When the torrent finished downloading, the Storage is Full pop up occurred. (I used AppCake to download the torrent.) I clicked on the torrent and clicked Install. I waited a bit and it said the download had an error. I checked my storage and it went down to around 800mbs. I had about 2gbs on my phone. I then headed to iCleaner and did a clean, but it only took out 8.00mbs since I did a cleanup earlier. I then also proceeded to uninstall apps but that didn't work either. Is there a way to make my storage higher without restoring?

You're probably doing it wrong. It should work.
