I played around with it and found a way to open up Cydia by going to https://cydia.saurik.com/package/com.saurik.impactor/ and click on open but there is no cydia icon anywhere. In Can install no problem and cydia installer is installed.

@InoXtiC I have the same problem. Have you found a fix yet?

I tried both method PPhelper and cydia impactor with nvwastone 1.1.ipa but after the restart to complete the jailbreak I do no see cydia install. I found other have the same problem but no solution. Does anyone know how i can get cydia to install? My device is Ipad air 1 on 9.3.2 IOS. Thank you in advanced.
