Hmm, I don't know. That's extremely weird. With the clang error, you could sign link in /usr/bin, but I highly doubt it will fix the above errors

Never seen that error before. Try copying all the text from this substrate.h and replace it with what you have in your current one https://github.com/kokoabim/iOSOpenDev/blob/master/include/substrate.h#

Did you include the UIKit in your Tweak.xm? EDIT: My bad, didn't see that part

At the top of your Tweak.xm, write #include <UIKit/UIKit.h> If you have that, go into your makefile and put this if you haven't: injusticehacks_FRAMEWORKS = UIKit
