Have you installed Filza before this bug? This happened to me aswell. I fixed it rebooting the device and then after 10s everything was ok

Welcome to iOS community and to iOSGods Ya jailbreak is an hacking process to bypass DRM restrictions, allowing you to run "unauthorized" software. Its like "Rooting" but in this case for iOS Devices.
