Unfortunately there is no other way. Since you don't own a jailbroken device neither a pc there is no way to activate any hack from iOSGods. We assure also that you won't find any survey in order to unlock any cheat available on this forum

I love NFS, probably my favorite game of all time.. Unfortunately i don't have a ps4 (only my brother but its on his father house) so i guess i'll have to play on pc... Hopefully they surprise us with a ps3 version... -
