This is how you can downgrade your iOS device that's on iOS 12.1.3 or higher! Apple still has iOS 12.1.1b3 (which you can jailbreak) so it's possible to downgrade to that firmware and jailbreak your device. Now it will most likey (100%) get unsigned so this method will get patched. Now, I am not aware of any method to backup and restore your device without being forced to update. Since if you're on let's say iOS 12.1.4 and make a backup, it'll only be 'compatible' for 12.1.4 or higher and not lower. So keep in mind that you might want to store all your pictures on iCloud or somewhere were you later can download them and put them on your downgraded device. For ex. transfer all of your cameraroll to a folder on your computer where you later can restore them. Just a quick reminder P.S. Read the whole tutorial before you start since you need to do different methods depending on your device!
