i do that from the sideloadly app on my computer?

Hi everybody, I need your help. I would like to install another app via sideloadly but it's impossible since it says that i've already three apps linked to that account even if they're not actually installed anymore. How can I remove one of these from Sideloadly to install a third one? Thank you.
