If you have a Jailbroken device you have to put your device in DFU Mode before restore. Follow these steps: 1. Plug in your device to your PC. 2. Open iTunes. 3. Press and hold the power button and the home button together for 10 seconds, then release the power button and keep holding the home button until iTunes give you a message telling you that he found your device in recovery mode. 4. Press on "restore iPhone" and wait until it's finished. 5. Now you have your new stock device updated to latest version 9.3.3
