My iPad charged to a 100% , and after that , now , it didnt connect to my mac , so i played a while and decreases it to 96% , now my ipad wont charge or even connect to my mac .-> iPad Mini (iOS 9.3.5) Please suggest a solution

hey all , I have been trying to hack games lately by editing their game files through iBackupBot (cuz i am non-jailbroken) , The game i tried requires an internet connection to play but also has its game files stored on the device . the game file is a json file where its clearly written "money"=360 (thats the exact amount of money I hold) . I editted that and restored the backup as well , I was logged out of iCloud , Game center and switched of wifi as well . No changes took place. Does that mean the game is server-sided??
