I found a solution. Im not sure if you found it yet, but I had the same issue too. To anyone with similar issues with any patchers, especially for those 9.3.3 users and up, heres the workaround:
Using your favorite file manager (I recommend Filza for IOS 9.3.3 and up), find out the patchers installation directory. This is where the hack/patcher would install the relevant files to. Then, create that exact directory. For the final folder you create, replace that folder instead with a symbolic link to the actual directory where the folder is.
@myserist In your case, go to var/mobile/containers and create a folder "Bundle". Go inside the folder and create another one "application". Then go inside and create yet another folder. This one can be named anyway you like due to the wildcard asterisk used. (Not gonna explain further) Anyways, for convenience and logics' sake lets name it "Implosion". Now what you need to do is find your original app folder where it actually is e.g (/var/containers/bundle) wherever. Then, make a symbolic link aka shortcut of the folder "implosion.app". Copy this shortcut and place it in the folder you created earlier named "implosion". Make sure the name of the shortcut is EXACTLY "implosion.app" without quotes.
Now, you can install the .deb again and this time it'll work. If result code is shown it should be 0.
