I don't have winterboard installed I only have anemone and anemone themes

First off unzip it then copy the safari.app and paste it in /Applications don't put it /var/application and respring

Restorex is very buggy and has a lot of problems so there is only yoke thing you can do restore with iTunes or jailbreak then I can send you safari.app folder and paste it in /Applications

Hello everyone so I started getting this error on anemone and I tried reinstalling anemone and rocketbootstrap resorting/rebooted and tried to run iCleaner pro and rebooting and still get this error I tried googling it but I still can't fix it iPhone:6s+ ios:10.2
