Hello so I know that lower install tweak just came out on Cydia and I've seen the topic on how to use the ipa installer but I can't find the ipa for hempire game or any game really tried googling it maybe I'm doing it wrong and the lower install tweak lets me start the download but then won't install the game tested with multiple iOS 10 only compatible apps and nothing any help would be greatly appreciated

I'm too dumb to figure this out downloaded the tweak but it just keeps saying can't connect to I tunes so got the game hempire to download using lower install tweak but can't get the game to install on my phone do I need another Cydia source maybe?
