I was thinking of something clean. This is way too heavy, with too many colors. Something like this is really nice: Counter Logic Gaming. This is beautiful, as well: Middik. I'd rather have it in white & black, unless colors are a necessity to make it good. What you've done is more like a signature than a logo.

Doesn't really fit as a sig, because there is no name, which most signatures have. I like that the red color in the background fades into a lighter one, but there is still lack of colors. There is nothing to focus your eyes on. Try changing it a bit.
