when I try the first time it worked but now it is showing this error in a black screen in pubSafe.exe '' Failed to verify version! '' What does it mean? Help will be kindfull

I have a question if I exit the Pubsafe V1.02 and enable my firewall will anti-ban still work ? Or is it have to be open in order for anti-ban work.
