As far as I've read, it seems the VIP accounts can access it and so could normal accounts. However, the normal accounts could enter the section to create topics, but cannot view other's. I'm not entirely sure about the post amounts needed.

Do you have a permanent JB or the temporary? Do you have xCon in Cydia? Usually I just remove any tweaks / hacks that's for an application that doesn't function properly and open the application once more to be sure it's functioning and download the hack once more.

You should probably go into Cydia and uninstall some recent tweaks that may be causing this issue. I've been in the same problem before and uninstalling recent tweaks helped me.

As I said previously to the other member, rebooting the device removes the JB as it may seem you're on 9.3.3. There is a tweak on Cydia that allows you to pull the System page downwards to manually respring the device yourself. However, I don't think this is the case for your problem. You seem to have the required Cydia tweaks to run the hacks, but I think I'll have to leave this issue to the professionals.. Last question, though, is your device a 64-bit or 32-bit? Oh my gaaaah, you're so smart, lol. I didn't even bother checking on that! I was getting all technical and shit.

He should definitely try that if all else fails, but I guess I'd recommend him to respring the device as rebooting removes the JB of he's running on 9.3.3.
