Huh, once I DLed xCon a few apps started working properly. Unless I did something I didn't notice for it to work. Anyways, it seems like I can't figure this thing out. I suppose this should just be left to the professionals.

xCon is basically just to bypass JB detection. Have you tried reinstalling? If your application was working previously, it's useful to take your steps backwards.

As far as I've read, it seems the VIP accounts can access it and so could normal accounts. However, the normal accounts could enter the section to create topics, but cannot view other's. I'm not entirely sure about the post amounts needed.

Do you have a permanent JB or the temporary? Do you have xCon in Cydia? Usually I just remove any tweaks / hacks that's for an application that doesn't function properly and open the application once more to be sure it's functioning and download the hack once more.
