It could've been from any other day as well. I uninstalled xCon/iAP26/and a few tweaks I didn't use / that were installed with another application as of recently that weren't important to function Cydia.

xCon is basically just to bypass JB detection. Have you tried reinstalling? If your application was working previously, it's useful to take your steps backwards.
