you can try backing up your files using icloud then use cydia erase to remove everything after that follow this tutorial http://ios.wonderhowto.com/how-to/back-up-restore-your-iphone-without-itunes-0163785/ ------------------ check the tutorial first tho tell me if it works for you.

Backup all your files using iTunes or icloud, then use cydia eraser or itunes to re-install/restore the firmware and then use itunes again to recover your backup. --- Edit nvm saw that you wrote without Pc
