Is it ios 11 only ? Or 10 work too ?

Testing iOS 10.3.1 the cydia repo in op doesn't work got igg from the only one I could download on cydia. Followed all the steps. Terminal seemed to install fine. Go to open the app, and it says "initialization failed please reboot your device"

Did you get it to work ? I'm changing the number of buds, I get it down to only 3 results, edited all 3 to 80, go back to game, only able to harvest 20. Am I missing a step ? when you modify it are you supposed to lock it ? Can you only change it to up to a certain number ? I thought 80 would be small enough
