The hack not work at all and then when it started working the app kept,on crashing

ok so I am running a ipad 2 7.1.2 jailbroken and whenever I install a hack or something I go to and the hack does not work I go in to cydia to uninstall it the problem is that cydia crashes every time I try to go on to it and when cydia crashes that means every other application crashes with it so yeah can't open anything but youtube and safari I have to keep hard resetting it and it annoys me soo much is there a way to fix this thanks in advance

OK so here is the point I downloaded dragonvale played with it then got off my ipad ate then went back on then I tried to go in to dragonvale it crashed so I deleted the app and then I went in to cydia but it won't load just a white screen then I multitasked and swiped up on cydia (getting rid of it) then my ipad turned off and I can't get back on it won't turn on or anything but I can still here the ding sounds from the email need help please help
