Hello, I have had this problem, so what you needed to do is go to your tweaks and get rid of any tweaks that are conflicting like @DiDA said if that doesn't work try looking at what hacks you have installed and get rid of some hacks you don't need. I think that some linktunes tweak might be the problem, idk. are there any outdated tweaks?

Weird, but for punishments when they get you hacking they just reroll your account and make it so you can't join alliances at all.
